Christina K. Isenhower, Treasurer
Christina, LISW-CP, CEAP, is the Director of Risk Management Services at First Sun EAP in Columbia, SC. A native South Carolinian, she attended Furman University and the University of South Carolina, where she earned a Master of Social Work. In 2010, she entered the EAP profession, and she joined the First Sun EAP team in 2013. At First Sun, Christina is the operational lead for the Risk Management Team. She responds to employees and families in crisis, coordinates onsite critical incident response for organizations, and consults with managers to address employees’ workplace performance and behavior concerns. She is also the President for the SC Employee Assistance Professionals Association. In her non-work life, she is an avid of fan of Abraham Lincoln, USC Lady Gamecocks and the Avett Brothers!
Nancy Grunnet, Member at Large
Nancy Grunnet M.S., RODP, is First Sun EAP’s VP of Organizational Development and Training. A former LPC, Nancy began her career at First Sun EAP in 1997. She has over 20 years’ experience working with organizations to help employees at every level succeed. Manager/supervisor skill building, coaching and team development along with stress management, work and life balance and generations in the workplace are merely some of the areas of her expertise. She has served as: SC Diversity Council Board Member, SCEAPA Board Member, World EAPA presenter, contributing writer for the EAPA Journal, Aiken Chamber Ambassador, President of the Submariners Wives Association and VFW volunteer in Aiken, SC
John Arnold, Member at Large
John Arnold, PhD, LPC, CEAP has been involved in EAP work since 1986. He has worked for First Sun EAP since 1992 and currently serves as a Senior Executive Consultant. He has been involved with SCEAPA since its inception as a chapter of national EAPA and has served as President of SCEAPA in the past. He currently serves as a Board Member for the chapter.
